  MY FATHER'S WORK

My father has liked paintings since he was young. He taught himself to paint, and he had made a carrier of art from his age of 22 to his retirement at 62. During his art carrier, he studied drawings under a now-dead painter, Taro Kawano for about 2 years. My father paints as a hobby these days.

As to his paintings, he has his own painting style in which he does not care much about details. However, his accurate drawings and his bold and vigorous brushwork still attract me. Until recently his paintings were not kept as photos. But I would like to do so whenever possible, and show them here.
